Thank you for shopping with Novaire. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support.novaire@gmail.com.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

• Shipping Time: 6–15 business days

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–18 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Novaire is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support.novaire@gmail.com.

While we will do our best to assist you, Novaire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.novaire@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, orders may already be processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Refund & Return Policy.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by your local government.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
