At Novaire, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be in its original condition

• Be free from excessive wear, damage, misuse, or alterations

• Include all original accessories and packaging

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support.novaire@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address by email.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.novaire@gmail.comand include photos showing the issue.

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products showing signs of use, misuse, or damage caused by the customer

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Gift cards

• Clearance, promotional, or final sale items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please submit a return request for the original product and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the standard return process outlined in this policy.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.
